There is definitely a difference in DeKing of Hearts palm and the over-processed or out-dated canned product, as well as any other fresh product you may have used in the past. We have put a great deal of our efforts towards our packing process, and have perfected it to the point where we are now seeing a shelf life of 2 weeks or more, although we know it will be gone long before that. |
